Please refer to our office & financial policies to find out what to expect. Policies are ever-changing as patients ask us more questions, so these may not be our most current.

There is a lot to say about fees.

Like Dr. Kandi says, if you call a restaurant and ask "How much is dinner?"

they won't have a simple answer since there are so many choices.

We offer traditional vision exams for $155.

These exams include refraction and Optos imaging.

We do NOT do the AIR PUFF.

We schedule exams for 45-60 minutes so we have lots of time to laugh and enjoy each other's company. Or we can be quick, just LMK.

Vision exams do not cover anything other than finding a prescription.

They do not include medical concerns we find or that you have,

such as cataracts, dry eyes, diabetes, allergies, & more.

Contact lens evaluations start at $130.

Myopia management or orthokeratology starts at $3000.

​Medical exams start at $130 and can go up to $300, plus tests.

These visits are for medical issues noted above plus more.

If we also find a glasses prescription, a refraction is an additional $60

and Optos retinal images are $44...both are paid by the patient, not insurance.

Our specialty is binocular vision dysfunction, or BVD, exams.

They are billed to medical plans and the patient typically pays $150-250 out of pocket.

You do need to pay a $95 deposit to reserve your appointment---

this is then applied at your exam, so you do not lose it.

If you are paying in full at time of exam and we are not billing it, the prompt pay fee for the initial exam is $502.25; you get up to 90 minutes with Dr. Kandi discussing, testing, and more testing (but she makes it fun).

We STRONGLY encourage a progress examination...that prompt pay fee is $434,

and you get another hour of Dr. Kandi (aren't you lucky?).
